Longer combination vehicles in Florida
Florida does not permit LCV operation. Every other jurisdiction prohibits LCVs. The 1991 ISTEA freeze bars any state from adding routes or raising LCV weights, so a driver in a non-listed state cannot obtain LCV authority there at all — tell them that rather than sell them a practice test.
