Delete your CDL Permit Prep account

Accounts are optional. Deleting your account in the app removes your synced study progress and your sign-in identity together. There is no self-service deletion on this website; if you cannot use the app, email us and we will delete both for you. Progress stored only on your device is not affected.

In the app

1. Open the CDL Permit Prep app and sign in.
2. Open the Account screen.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

Email support@cdlpermitprep.org from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. You can also reach us through Support.

What happens next

Your synced profile is deleted and cannot be recreated. A minimal record (your account ID and deletion dates, no study data) is kept for up to 30 days to prove the deletion, then removed. Backups age out within 35 days. See the privacy policy.
